Pear Dessert for a Pair Theme:
What you need
- 12 medium ripe pears, peeled and halved
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
Directions
- Place pear halves, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish. Place butter in the center of each pear; drizzle with lemon juice.
- Combine cinnamon sugar and; sprinkle over
pears. Top with marmalade. Cover and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or
until heated through. Yield: 12 servings.
